What are the minimum requirements to use RM-Manage?
RM-Manage is a web-based application and will work with modern javascript-enabled web browsers such as Microsoft Internet Explorer 6 (for Windows), Firefox (for Mac, Windows and Linux) or Safari.
RM-Manage does not work with Internet Explorer 5.x. Support for Internet Explorer 7 is coming soon.
What does “subsystems” mean?
Subsystems are software applications installed on a server such as MySQL, Apache, Rails, etc. For each server on which the FiveRuns Smart Client is installed, you can monitor an unlimited number of subsystems.
What subsystems do you monitor?
RM-Manage includes support for monitoring Apache, MySQL, JBoss, Tomcat, Oracle, Solaris, Mac OS X, Windows, Suse Linux, RedHat Linux, FreeBSD and Ruby on Rails applications.
How does the 30-day free trial work?
You’re free to try RM-Manage for 30 days. Towards the end of your trial, we’ll be in touch to make sure you’ve had a chance to properly experience the benefits to your organization or team. If you already know you want to keep using RM-Manage, just and we’ll look after you.
How much does RM-Manage cost?
We charge a monthly subscription fee of $40 per server being monitored. It doesn’t matter what, or how many supported subsystems are installed on each server, its size, or how many people in your organization can access your RM-Manage site — everything is already included.
Do you offer any discounts on longer-term commitments?
If you sign up for an annual plan, you’ll automatically save $5/month on each monitored server. If you’re running multiple servers, or running applications in a virtualized environment, .
What types of payments do you accept?
We currently accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express. We can also accept company purchase orders or invoice you directly. Until our automated e-commerce system is in place we will need to speak with you over the phone to determine your preferred method of payment.
